Trend research for the ‘Red Thread Journal’, a magazine compiled of inspiration based purely around imagery. Contacting PR companies about current lookbooks and particular looks needed for shoots and fittings. Picking up these looks from PR companies and returning them. Assisting on photoshoots and fittings, making lists of all the chosen looks for future reference. Helping to dress, undress, hang/re-hang clothes and pack away after fittings/shoots. Updating contact lists using excel spreadsheets.

Print designs and finishing processes for potential high street and high-end international fashion brands such as Topshop, H&M and Calvin Klein. Designing through hand painting and screen-printing for a variety of different briefs. Grouping prints into different collections ready for shows and meetings with clients and helping to pack/unpack them.

Production processes; steaming and washing designs, edging and styling them ready to show to clients. Delivering samples to high-street clients such as Dorothy Perkins, Debenhams, New Look and Arcadia as well as running general errands and conducting market/trend research.

Working on live briefs with other companies, such as Ashley Wilde bed linen and generating ideas for various upcoming collections. Delivering outfits to important events and running errands, helping with fashion illustration, pattern cutting, photoshop, hand crafted design work and steaming garments ready for shows.
